IMPORTANT INFORMATION !!!
After lengthy delays from engineering and the city, we now have permits in hand and the contractors are set to commence. Work will begin on the Building 3 balconies on Monday, May 23. We will begin on the “15” stack, and work two stacks at a time. We believe that each pair will take 2 weeks to complete. However, once yours is cut, and temporary safety rails put up, you will have full access to your balcony. The cutting will be confined to two days out of each two week period. The balance of the work is just a small finish crew preparing for, and installing the new railings. We understand this is an inconvenience and the contractors are committed to making the process as easy for you as possible. But the fact is that this is a renovation project and with that comes some disruptions.
Please refrain from asking to move to a different unit. We just don’t have the available inventory to make that happen. The front desk nor management are able to make changes or alter the schedule. Please understand that this is to make Lighthouse Cove and even better vacation destination.
At some point during the Building 3 work, we will also be replacing the railings in Building 4. This however, will be a much simpler out with the old, in with the new type of project.
Thank you for your support and understanding. We will do everything possible to have this go as smoothly as possible.
Lighthouse Cove Management and Board of Directors.
