Nightly Rate Schedule
Studio Up to 4 people	$109.00 to $179.00
1 Bedroom Condo Up to 4 people	$159.00 to $225.00
2 Bedroom Condo Up to 6 people	$205.00 to $260.00

	Variance in rates is determined by season
	Rates are per night, plus 11% State and County tax
	Most units are ocean view, for ocean front, add $20 plus tax per night, based on availability
	One night deposit is required to hold reservation, deposit is non-refundable if canceled less than 14 days prior to arrival
	Credit card imprint or a $50 security deposit required at check in.
	Check in time is 4:00p.m., Check out time is 11:00a.m. and is strictly enforced
	Minimum stay may be required during certain seasons
	Daily maid service is available for a nominal fee
	No pets

	Special Features:

	Lighthouse cove Resort features a large landscaped pool area with jacuzzi, two tennis courts, ping pong, video games and laundry facilities. We have a Restaurant on site serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as a Tiki Bar at the pool deck.

	Each unit features a full kitchen including full service dishwasher, disposal and mirowave.

	All units have a queen size sleeper sofa. Studios also have a queen or full size murphy bed. 1 and 2 Bedroom units feature either king of queen bed in the master, queen or full in the guest.

	Although sudios will sleep 4, they are reocmmended for no more than 2.

	Rollaway beds are available for $3.00 per day or $15.00 per week plus tax. Baby cribs are provided complimentary
